today i am going to do my english speech assignment. It is about discipline masters not having the rights to cut people's hair and why students should be allowed to have own style of hair.
i feel that discipline masters should not be given rights to cut people's hair at all. it is because i feel that as long as a student's hair is quite reasonable and not too long, it should be alright. discipline masters sometimes abuse their authority and even cut people's hair even if our hair is slightly inappropriate. what is worse is that the discipline master gives a student an ugly haircut by cutting only one side if he does not meet requirements. this makes the student totally embarrased and unable to concentrate on his studies which will affect the child's grades and gradually the school as well. the hair is important to us students as students these days are care alot on how they present themselves. the school does not know how important this is and how deeply it can affect us. the discipline master in our school is going too overboard. he is even trying to control the type of hair that we should have. he demands every student to cut slope and i find it very unnescesary. i feel that with so many requirements to meet such as keeping the fringe above the eyebrow and not having sideburns. students waste alot of precious time worrying about their hair which could be used to do other constructive stuff. i feel that everyone is unique in their own way and everyone should be given a chance to present themselves the way they like it as long as it is not inappropriate. the discipline master should not cut students' hair even if it is inappropriate because i feel that it violates our human rights. i feel that the discipline master should not take away what is ours without our permission especially if he is going to make our hair look uglier and even more inappropriate for school. it just makes us look even more untidy as students have hair which is long on one side and short in the other. it is abit ironic i feel that is it is jus like stealing and as a christian school, there is alot of emphasis on holiness. i feel that the discipline master should practice what he preaches. so therefore i hope that the discipline master should not be given the right to cut people's hair and the hairstyle of a student should not be controlled. it is because a school should be a happy place for students to study in and it is our second home. so therefore students should not be made worrying about their hair being cut.
